When you apply for membership, we collect your name, email address, phone numbers (home and/or cell), date of birth, and mailing address. This information is necessary to administer your membership and communicate with you about club activities.
We collect the name, phone number, and relationship of an emergency contact person. This information is used solely in case of a medical emergency or safety incident at the club.
We ask whether you have a medical condition we should be aware of and whether you have submitted a medical information sheet. We do not store detailed medical records, only these consent flags to ensure we can respond appropriately in an emergency.
We record your payment method (e-transfer, cash, or cheque), payment status, and transaction references. We do not store credit card numbers or banking details on our systems.
When you submit your membership application online, we record your IP address and browser information as part of your digital signature. This helps verify the authenticity of your application.

We retain your information for as long as you are an active member. When your membership ends, we retain records for up to 7 years for financial and legal compliance purposes, after which your information is securely deleted.
